QC is the line between a good supplier and a forwarded complaint. We inspect at the unit before the line closes, again before the container loads, and welcome buyer-nominated third parties on the pre-shipment.

Pre-shipment inspection (AQL-2.5)
Statistical sampling against MIL-STD-105E AQL 2.5 (Major) / 4.0 (Minor). Standard for hospitality and Fortune 500 retail buyers. Pass / fail report shared with buyer.

Third-party inspection
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Asia Inspection / QIMA — whichever your procurement team uses. Booked, paid, and coordinated against the production calendar.

Lab testing
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 sample submission, fastness (wash, light, rub), tensile / tear strength, dimensional stability — at NABL-accredited labs.
