Adalwin Global is the import / export division of Adalwin Commerce™ LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. Our registered office is 302, Unity Paradise, BT Kawade Road, Raskar Nagar, Pune 411013, Maharashtra, India. GSTIN 27ABZFA4553G1ZZ.
What data we collect
When you submit an RFQ form or email us, we collect: your name, company, work email, country of import, the category and details of your sourcing brief. We do not run third-party advertising tracking, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Vercel) retains standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, response status, timestamp). These logs are used only for security, performance and abuse-prevention purposes and are deleted on a rolling basis.
How we use it
RFQ and contact-form data is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and sourcing briefs, and maintain a record of the commercial relationship. Where the relationship progresses to PO and shipment, we retain commercial records as required under Indian tax and customs law (typically 8 years for export documentation).
We do not share enquiry data with third parties, except where (a) required by law, (b) necessary for the fulfilment of a buyer-instructed order (for example, sharing shipping documents with a buyer's nominated freight forwarder), or (c) with vetted Indian production units strictly for the purpose of executing the buyer's order.
Cookies
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. The site uses one local-storage entry (theme preference) which never leaves your browser. We may add minimal analytics in future to understand site usage; if and when we do, this policy will be updated and the change disclosed at the foot of this page.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing vickram@adalwin.com. We respond within one business day, Pune time, and will action verified requests within thirty days.
If you are an EU/UK data subject, your rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) apply. If you are a California resident, your rights under CCPA/CPRA apply. We act as a data controller for the limited information described above.
