Trade finance & payment-rail coordination.

LC, TT, Wise, PayPal Business — pick your rail. We'll structure the documents.

Different buyers want different rails. We work to whichever your treasury department is comfortable with — and stay LC-fluent end-to-end so document discrepancies don't hold the payment.

What’s included

The shape of the engagement.

01

Letter of Credit

Sight LC and usance LC supported. Document set built against the LC's terms — commercial invoice, packing list, BoL, certificates — to clear the buyer's bank without discrepancy fees.

02

Telegraphic Transfer

30 / 70 split standard (30% advance, balance against BoL copy). 100% advance for new buyers. Established mid-size buyers may discuss alternate terms at PO stage.

03

Wise Business / PayPal Business

Used for first-order sampling and small-volume orders where LC overhead doesn't justify the friction. Rapid onboarding, no SWIFT delays.

04

Open Account

30 / 60 / 90-day terms reserved for vetted repeat buyers with a track record. Trade credit insurance through ECGC where applicable.

How it runs

Four phases, one PO.

  1. 01

    Negotiate

Payment terms and Incoterms agreed, documented, and confirmed in the PO before production begins.

  2. 02

    Banking

Bank instructions exchanged; LC opened or TT remitted as agreed.

  3. 03

    Documents

Compliant document set prepared; bank-attested where LC requires.

  4. 04

    Settlement

Funds received; EBRC issued; export realisation closed.

Outcomes

What institutional procurement actually gets.

  • Documents verified against LC terms or buyer specifications prior to submission — accurate and complete, every shipment
  • AD-coded remittance lane for clean export realisation
  • Payment routed through your treasury's preferred channel — LC, TT, or open account — based on buyer credibility and order standing
