A smaller but luxury-skewed group, with a World of Care sustainability platform and a history of property-led procurement.

The procurement reality
Hyatt's portfolio is smaller than Marriott or Hilton but more luxury-skewed — Park Hyatt, Andaz, Miraval, Alila, and the recently integrated Dream, Thompson, and Standard International brands push the group's segment centre of gravity higher.
Procurement has historically been more property-led than Marriott's or Hilton's central model, though regional supply agreements and the World of Care sustainability platform create a shared compliance layer. Hyatt's Supplier Code of Conduct is publicly available, and the group publishes its Global Sustainability Report annually.
For a textile exporter, Hyatt is a luxury-fit play: the brand mix rewards high-GSM terry, 300–400TC sateen, and properly constructed damask. Lower-tier brands (Hyatt Place, Hyatt House) provide the upper-midscale volume that balances the portfolio.

Sustainability platform
Hyatt's ESG platform covering care for the planet, people, and responsible business. Textiles sit under the responsible-sourcing thread — targets include sustainable cotton and transparent supply chains.
Visit official platformProcurement structure
More property- and regional-led than Marriott/Hilton. Regional supply agreements exist but individual properties (especially luxury and lifestyle brands) often have meaningful spec input. Opening orders for pre-opening fit-out are typically negotiated at the property or development level.

Programme fit
Segment mix, corridor depth, and specification bar — cross- referenced against what our Solapur, Panipat, Karur, and Erode corridors do best.
Programme
Park Hyatt, Andaz, and Miraval properties specify higher-GSM terry and robes than chain-scale brands. Solapur's premium-construction discipline lines up with that bar.
See the bath programmeProgramme
Luxury-skewed portfolio means sateen 300–400TC and jacquard duvet covers read more often than percale baseline. Panipat handles both ends.
See the bed programmeProgramme
Miraval, Alila, and Andaz wellness floors are a natural fit. Erode's premium knit-pile towelling reads well at this tier.
See the spa & wellness programmeProgramme
Luxury-tier F&B and banqueting take Karur damask naturally. Midscale Hyatt brands run lighter table-linen programmes or none.
